Center’s Goals:

• 1- Provide Quality Services and Training Programs to Enhance Employability:

Offer premium services to students and graduates, both from our university and beyond, by delivering top-quality training programs designed to enhance their skill set and increase their employability.

• 2- Cooperate with Private and Public Entities to support initiatives, activities and events:

Expand areas of cooperation with both private and governmental organizations on a regional and global scale in providing support and sponsorship for the center’s initiatives and activities (workshops – seminars – conferences – practical training – employment opportunities).

• 3- Developing Career Services to enhance employability :

Provide job opportunities for engineering graduates by developing and marketing a set of distinguished employment services, tracking the skills required in the job market, and conducting specialized courses in these areas.

• 4- Deployment of Initiatives to serve TCCD’s Stakeholders/Partners:

Organize and sponsor a variety of initiatives and events to serve the stakeholders and achieve the center’s goals.

• 5- Reinforce TCCD’s capabilities/resources through strengthening its network:

Strengthen the relationship between the college, its graduates, and its partnerships at the center by benefiting from a network of relationships and building and bolstering the center’s technical and administrative capabilities.

• 6- Generating Revenue to ensure sustainability and scalability:

Work towards generating sufficient income from the center’s activities to ensure the continuity and expansion of these activities.
