In September 2023 , TCCD was able to organize 2 visits to the El Sewedy Electrometer factory and laboratory for students. El Sewedy Electrometer is a world-class manufacturer of electrical, water, and gas meters, and we were eager to give our students a firsthand look at their operations.

Students were impressed by the skills and efficiency of the technicians and engineers at El Sewedy Electrometer. They saw meters at all stages of production, from the initial assembly to the final testing and packaging. They also visited the laboratory, where meters were being tested for accuracy and durability.

Students were particularly interested in the rigorous testing process that El Sewedy Electrometer uses to ensure the quality of its products.
